Refunds and Returns
Do you accept refunds?
Yes, we accept a limited returns with any unused tea-ware, and you may be charge a 30% restocking fee. Also own the cost of return shipping.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
All you need to do is email us ASAP, and contact the local phone number which we attached in the package slip. And save the package until the delivery check and confirmed. You replacement will arrange in 15 working days once the confirmation issued.
