Options can be artisan-handcrafted or factory-produced depending on your needs and budget.

Yes. Because we offer both artisan hand-made and factory-produced options, we can accept small-batch or even one-off custom orders. This gives you flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

Lead time depends on the complexity of the customization (e.g. simple logo vs. custom art vs. full design). For simple customizations (logo/text on existing design), turnaround is relatively quick; for full custom designs or bespoke tea-ware development, lead time will be longer. 

Yes — we use food-grade materials and glazes, and follow safe ceramic production standards. For custom decoration / glazing, we ensure materials are non-toxic and safe for tea or food contact. This is a basic requirement for all our handcrafted or factory-produced custom ware.

Absolutely. We welcome your own designs, logos, or artwork. After you provide your design (as image or vector file), we can work with you to adjust formatting, color, and layout so the final ceramic piece reflects your vision.

Packaging and gift-wrapping are optional add-ons. We provide standard packaging by default, but you can choose custom packaging (gift boxes, branded boxes, special wrapping) for an additional fee. This is particularly useful for corporate gifts, events, or commemorative presents.

That is supported. We can collaborate with our artists or production partners to develop a fully custom design — from initial concept/sketch to final production. You will be involved in design decisions (shape, size, materials, glaze, decoration) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Contact us through our “Custom Project” contact form (or email / phone). Provide your customization requirements (logo/artwork/text, quantity, packaging needs, any special instructions). We will respond with a quotation, estimated lead time, and next steps (sample approval or design confirmation).

We offer a review/approval step (especially for custom art/design) before final production — you’ll receive a design/ sample mock-up for approval. If you request modifications before production begins, we can adjust based on your feedback. Once production starts, cancellations may be subject to conditions.
