Our Damage Guarantee
We promise a seamless and worry-free solution if your package is damaged in transit.
- Retain & Photograph (within 2 days): Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and shipping materials.
- Notify Us: Email your order number, description, and photos to our support team.
- Resolution: Within 24 hours, we will coordinate a solution: replacement, full refund, store credit, or full-value gift voucher redeemable at checkout. The voucher can be saved in Apple Wallet for convenient use.
⚠ Note: Claims submitted after 2 calendar days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customs, Taxes & Returns
- Currencies: Prices are primarily in USD; SGD, EUR, JPY, KRW also supported. Currency displays adjust by region.
- Taxes & Duties (DDP): EU & North America orders include duties/taxes in checkout—no extra fees at delivery. For other countries, the buyer is responsible for applicable customs charges.
- Unclaimed / Returned Packages: Packages returned for reasons other than damage can be resent after paying additional shipping. Refunds (if not resent) deduct original shipping + 30% restocking fee.
