Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as Subscriptions or Pre-orders.This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds apply to these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely. Unless you choose to pay in advance, you will be charged for each delivery.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate fulfillment.

At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit and securely store your payment method. The remaining balance will be charged when the order is fulfilled.

• If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel the order.
  A 6% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled.
  However, you may request a partial refund, subject to review under our Returns Policy.
