How to track my order status?
Basically, an email will be received when the package shipping. And you also will see the tracking number in the email. (You may also checking the junk mail if you have not see the email, or just contact me for any future assistant.
How long will my package take to arrive?

Can you make sure to pack my tea-ware safely?
Of course! We will do our best to make sure anything safely. All your tea-ware will be packed with bubble package or tatter. And all your tea-ware will be take care safely with love.
What will I receive if my product is damaged?
At BestCeramics.cn, we adhere to a strict replacement policy to ensure efficiency and sustainability. We will only replace the damaged part of your tea set, not the entire set. Therefore, please retain all undamaged components of your tea set, even if only part of it is damaged.
If you have already discarded the original tea set, please let us know, as this will impact how we handle your request.
Can I change my address after my package has been shipped?
While it's possible to request an address change after your package has been shipped, doing so increases the risk of your package being lost or misdelivered. If a package is lost due to a customer-initiated address change, we cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend providing the correct and final shipping address when placing your order to avoid any complications. If you need to change your address after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to attempt to resolve the issue.
Refunds and Returns
Do you accept refunds?
Yes, we accept a limited returns with any unused tea-ware, and you may be charge a 30% restocking fee. Also own the cost of return shipping. Learn more about in Returns & Refunds policy.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
All you need to do is email us ASAP, and contact the local phone number which we attached in the package slip. And save all the item of package until the delivery check and confirmed. You replacement will arrange in 15 working days once the confirmation issued.

Do you offer a wholesale pricing for your tea-ware?
Yes, We offer wholesale pricing on our tea-ware. For more information, please contact us with the tea-ware pieces you are interested in purchasing and we will be happy to provide you with details regarding pricing and MOQ.
Yes, we offer wholesale prices to online stores, teahouses, and retailers. Most of our products are available for wholesale purchase, and we provide custom service, you can choose to put your own brand logo, text, or other things you like on the product * (based on the number of orders you make, there are different basic prices).
